Experience this amazing journey through spectacular landscapes rich in ancient palaces and desert forts.
Duration : 10 Nights / 11 Days
Destinazione : Delhi - Jodhpur - Bikaner - Jaisalmer - Delhi
To book a Delhi to Rajasthan camel safari tour with a taxi, you will need to find a travel agency or car hire service that specializes in customized tours from Delhi to Rajasthan. You can arrange for a car and driver in Delhi, or choose a tour package that includes transfers to Jaisalmer or Bikaner (the main hubs for camel safaris) and then book the camel safari locally.
Day 01 : New Delhi
Arrive in Delhi and be greeted by a friendly tour operator who will escort you to your hotel. After a short rest, you'll embark on a short tour of the city's main attractions, including India Gate, Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, the National Museum, Red Fort, and Jama Masjid. Enjoy shopping, a snack, and sightseeing before retiring for the night.
Day 02 : New Delhi to Jodhpur
After breakfast, you'll be taken to the airport for a flight to Jodhpur, where you'll check into a hotel and relax. Jodhpur boasts the magnificent Mehrengarh Fort and Jaswant Thada, as well as the New Palace, both worth visiting and where you can get a glimpse of the royal lifestyle. Spend the evening at the bazaar and return to your hotel for the night.
Day 03 :Jodhpur To Bikaner
The sun casts a rosy hue on the sky, then turns golden. It's time to rise, have breakfast, and head to Bikaner, where you'll check into a hotel, relax, and freshen up before setting off when the weather gets a little cooler to explore the local markets.
Day 04 : Excursion In Bikaner
You can't wait to finish breakfast and set off to visit Bikaner, with Junagarh, the old Fort and Palace, as the main attraction. It takes some time to explore the various palaces within the Fort complex, and by the afternoon you should be finished and ready to begin your camel safari. Start with a night in a camp.
Day 05 To 07 :Safari in Camel
From today onwards, it's a close encounter with camels, where you experience undulating rides on camel backs and almost feel nauseous for the first few minutes. This is life as the desert people live it! Travelling by camel, dining al fresco, watching dances and musical performances, as well as puppet shows by firelight, and sampling local cuisine. Three days is the duration, but it will seem too short.
Day 08 : Arrive In Jaisalmer
Once you arrive in Jaisalmer, you'll return to your hotel. Relax, freshen up, and set off to explore the local havelis, Jain temples, the Fort, and the Palace. Jaisalmer is known as the "yellow city" because of the yellow sandstone used in its buildings and the golden sands of the desert. A camel ride across the dunes in the evening is magical. After spending the night, you'll return to your hotel.
Day 09 : Excursion In Jaisalmer
After a typical Rajasthani breakfast, we set out to explore Jaisalmer. The fort is the first place to visit, and then we stroll along narrow, winding streets to explore the various havelis with elaborately carved jharokhas. It's a completely different world, with sand as the main theme.
Day 10 : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur - Delhi Return
The journey begins to conclude as you proceed towards Jodhpur and from there you take a flight to Delhi where you are accommodated in a hotel and where dinner is served.
Day 11 :Proceed To Delhi, Tour Finish
After breakfast, you are free to explore Delhi as the tour is officially over, but the magic of the camel safari remains etched in your mind forever.
