At Autista Privato India, we understand that unexpected travel plan changes occur. We strive to offer the most reasonable and flexible terms while honoring reservations made for dedicated drivers and vehicles.

30+ Days Prior Cancellations made 30 or more days before tour commencement receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

22 - 29 Days Cancellations made between 22 and 29 days prior to the start date are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.

16 - 21 Days Cancellations made between 16 and 21 days prior to departure are subject to a 60% cancellation charge.

Within 15 Days Due to confirmed vehicle locking and driver dispatch allocations, cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
